As we are approaching the end of the year we would like to share a guided meditation led by Julia. The turning of the calendar year offers a moment to consciously close one chapter and open another, reflecting what no longer serves and what you want to manifest in the year to come.
The meditation is intended to be done in a quiet setting with a cup of your favourite cacao origin and your favourite spices - make it as nourishing and special as you like.
Carving out some time for yourself will allow you to pause for a moment and not only allow you to honour where you have been, giving gratitude for the lessons you’ve gathered, but also creating space for what is ready to bloom. This practice is an invitation to start the year rooted in presence
Preparing Your Space
(This is your time — so make sure you won’t be disturbed for 15-20 minutes)
⬖ Light a candle, incense, sage.
⬖ Prepare your cup of cacao
⬖ Pen and journal
⬖ Wrap yourself in something warm and comforting.
