Shipping policy
We pack orders on workdays and try to hand them over the same day to the shipper. You will receive a track&trace email, the DHL and PostNL app work the best for tracking your package.
In case your package could not be delivered it might be sent to a nearby service point or delivered at the neighbors. It is your responsibility to pick it up within one week. Shipping costs are not refundable and if your package is returned we need to charge shipping costs to send it again.
Choose a Pickup Point in NL or BE
When ordering within the Netherlands or Belgium you can choose to deliver your cacao package to a nearby pickup point. The different delivery options show when you fill your address in the checkout. If in your region a pickup point is not available, you can still select the standard shipping options to your home.

⬖ Belgium & Germany €4,25~6,75 >> free from €85 orders.
⬖ International shipping costs depend per country and show when filling your address during checkout >> free from €150 orders within Europe.

Why no free shipping for all orders?
Shipping is actually never ‘free’, we do have a good rate with reliable track & trace. When we offer 'free shipping' we actually pay the shipping costs for you as a thanks for ordering bigger. If we would offer free shipping for all orders, we would need to incorporate the costs somehow differently in our product prices and we don’t feel that’s fair. In this way we like to keep it transparent.
Delivery time indication
⬖ Netherlands and Belgium: 1-2 days.
⬖ Germany and France: 2-3 days.
⬖ Internationally: 2-7+ days depending on where you are.
We prepare orders on week days and ship them the same day until 17h-ish. Keep an eye on the track & trace link!
Note that these indications are not guaranteed. We cannot take responsibility for delays and hope you understand we rely on the postal service. For example delays are common in December for all shipping companies. We do not ship during holidays, so take this into account when ordering.
Track & trace
When we hand your package over to the shipping company you will receive a track & trace notification. If you have any questions contact us with the order information. For example reply to the order confirmation email. For delivery we rely on postal services and we hope you understand that we cannot be responsible for any delays. We will of course do all we can to help you.
Shipping outside the EU
Within the EU there is an open trade agreement. Outside the EU your package might need to pass customs to enter the country. We are not responsible for possible fees or delays. To be sure you can always check in with us and we try to help where we can. If your country cannot be selected you can contact us so we can ship it to you.
